Washing advice

To ensure that you can enjoy your products for as long as possible, we recommend that you follow these tips when washing your Asante Sanaa products:

  • Wash products with prints at a maximum of 30 degrees celcius
  • Wash your products inside out
  • Do not use chemical cleaners
  • Do not put your Asante Sanaa products in the tumble dryer
  • Do not iron over the prints

Our Hoodie 07 is part of the birthday selection after you voted. As one of our crowdfunding products, it is one of the first Asante Sanaa products ever made. Since then, whenever you wear it, it contributes to more visibility for Tanzanian art

As part of our birthday collection, we want to celebrate the art and designs from the last 3 years together and have therefore decided to bring back some old designs. Let's take the art out into the world as part of our "travelling exhibition" and give the art and the artists behind it the stage they deserve.

The hoodie's back print, based on the painting "Lion" by Mselem Suna Mwinyi, makes it a fashionable unique piece.

Like all our products, the Hoodie 07 is made from 100% organic cotton and is vegan. The hoodie has a unisex cut.
